By booking a consultation, submitting a Pre-Evaluation Form, making a payment, or otherwise engaging the services of Bukks Consult Global ("we," "us," "the Company"), you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with our services.
Bukks Consult Global provides admissions and settlement advisory services, including:
Bukks Consult Global is not a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), lawyer, or notary, and does not provide immigration advice, visa eligibility assessments, or represent clients before IRCC or any other government authority. Any document support we provide related to visa or immigration applications is limited to organizational and preparatory assistance. Where legal immigration advice or representation is required, we refer clients to licensed, independent professionals. We are not responsible for the advice, actions, fees, or outcomes provided by any third-party professional we refer a client to.
We do not and cannot guarantee admission to any institution, receipt of any scholarship, approval of any visa or permit application, or any immigration outcome. Decisions on these matters rest solely with the relevant institution or government authority. Our role is to help you prepare the strongest possible application based on the information you provide.
The Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation. Bukks Consult Global is not liable for consequences arising from incomplete, false, or misleading information provided by the Client. The Client is responsible for meeting all deadlines communicated to them and for independently verifying current requirements with official institutional or government sources.
Fees for services (including but not limited to the $50 CAD one-hour consultation) are as quoted at the time of booking or engagement. Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional services beyond an initial consultation will be quoted and agreed separately before work begins.
Consultations cancelled are non-refundable. Consultations can only be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice; rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments ("no-shows"), will not be accommodated and are non-refundable. Fees paid for document preparation or admissions support services already in progress are non-refundable once work has commenced, except at the Company's discretion.
We treat all documents and personal information shared with us as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without the Client's consent, except where required to provide the agreed services (e.g., a referral to a licensed immigration professional, with the Client's knowledge) or where required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bukks Consult Global's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost opportunities, delays, or denied applications.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement in writing. Fees for work already completed at the time of termination remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
